- Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. Includes Qorbis and its subsidiaries.
- Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. These may include service providers, data processors, retailers, and other financial services companies.
- Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies to market financial products or services together.

Vermont Residents: We will not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law.
California Residents: We will not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. We will limit affiliate sharing to the extent required by California law.
