How does Qorbis collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information when you:

  • Apply for services or an account
  • Provide account information
  • Apply for a loan
  • Use your debit card
  • Deposit money
  • Pay a bill

We may also collect your information from third parties (platforms, affiliates, or financial institutions we partner with).

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

  • Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. Includes Qorbis and its subsidiaries.
  • Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. These may include service providers, data processors, retailers, and other financial services companies.
  • Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies to market financial products or services together.

Vermont Residents: We will not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law.

California Residents: We will not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law. We will limit affiliate sharing to the extent required by California law.
